• AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

- BTW|CTW designs and manufactures its products in part or entirely manually. - PRICE

- Bank transfer or deposit account: The order will be placed and confirmed via email and once received payment or proof will proceed to send the merchandise.

- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

- Products purchased on the web BTW | CTW will be wrapped in a way that preserves its original condition and the customer receives it without any damage. The shipping method varies by displacement, weight and destination of the goods, shall be by private courier (SEUR) or Post (applicable to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla as appropriate or convenience). - If the product is in regular stock

- CANCELLATIONS

- To modify or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. However, once a product has left for shipping, the order can not be canceled or modified until the product has been returned to BTW | CTW.
